VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has said ensuring security and public order is a prerequisite for rapid and sustainable development in the Mekong Delta, a region of strategic importance to the country’s economy and national security.

Vietnam recorded positive developments in public order and safety between January and June, with crimes against social order falling by 22.55% compared to the same period last year, according to a press conference held on July 7 by the Ministry of Public Security.
