The formal send-off ceremony takes place at the My Dinh National Stadium Square, Hanoi.

The ceremony is attended by key officials, including Standing Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Deputy Ministers of Public Security Sen. Lieut. Gen. Tran Quoc To and Pham The Tung, as well as other senior leaders and delegates.

More than 1,000 officers from various units of the Ministry of Public Security have been mobilised to maintain safety and public order at venues hosting Party delegates, government leaders, and international observers.

Specialized units taking part include the Mobile Police, VIP Protection, Local Security, Traffic Police – including female officers – Fire and Rescue, Special Forces, as well as personnel equipped with specialized vehicles and gear.
