VOV.VN - Germany has moved to recognise the new version of the Vietnamese passport containing birthplace information, whilst it has also resumed issuing visas including C multi-year visas (Schengen Visa).
Ordinary passports with electronic chips will be issued for Vietnamese citizens from March 1, 2023, according to the Ministry of Public Security’s Immigration Department.
