Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam Nguyen Hoa Binh attended the 9th Meeting of the Council of ASEAN Chief Justices (CACJ) which was held virtually on October 7 by the Supreme Court of Indonesia.

The 14th National Assembly listened to working reports of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuracy for the 2016-2021 tenure and a report examining them during a plenary session in Hanoi on March 25, as part of its ongoing 11th session.

Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam Nguyen Hoa Binh was elected as President of the Council of ASEAN Chief Justices (CACJ) for the 2020-2021 tenure during the eight meeting of the council on November 5.

The National Assembly (NA) will spend the entire working day on October 26 to discuss issues related to the operation of law enforcement agencies, as well as issues involving judicial affairs and corruption prevention and control in 2020.
