VOV.VN - Sen. Lieut. Gen. Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defence, on April 14 expressed his desires to strengthen defence cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, Cambodia and Russia during separate receptions in Hanoi for the ambassadors of those countries.
