Standard Chartered Marathon Heritage Race set for November
VOV.VN - The Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race is set to take place from November 6 to 9, offering participants a route through heritage sites and iconic landmarks across the capital.

According to organisers Standard Chartered Bank and DHA Vietnam Company at a press conference in Hanoi on April 2, the upcoming Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race will feature four race categories: 5 km, 10 km, 21 km, and 42 km. A short-distance race for children aged six to 10 will also be held.
The organisers also announced a charity event collecting shoes during the race to support children in mountainous areas.
This marks the 10th edition of the Standard Chartered Marathon, part of a renowned global marathon series.
The race will showcase a unique route, passing by iconic heritage sites and landmarks in Hanoi, such as Hoan Kiem Lake, President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, and the Old Quarter.
In 2024, the event drew over 1,300 international runners from 50 countries and regions, representing 10% of the total participants.
