The Department of External Affairs of HCM City in collaboration with the HCM City Youth Union and the Thai Consulate General in the city have organised a blood donation event marking 45 years of the Thailand-Vietnam diplomacy.
A blood donation campaign was launched in Ho Chi Minh City on August 4 to supplement for the blood banks of nearly 150 hospitals in the city.
