Authorities of the Mekong Delta province of Hau Giang held a working session with a delegation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Vietnam on February 13 to discuss a project on the upgrade and expansion of National Highway 61C linking Can Tho city with Hau Giang.
