Indian Navy and Coast Guard vessels visit Khanh Hoa
VOV.VN - The Indian Navy Ship (INS) Sujata and Indian Coast Guard Ship (ICGS) Veera made a port call at Cam Ranh International Port on February 20, beginning their courtesy visit to Khanh Hoa province of Vietnam.

During the four-day visit, the vessels’ officers and commanders will pay courtesy calls on the leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Naval Region 4, and Coast Guard Region 3. They will also visit the Vietnam Naval Academy and the Officer Training College of Signal Corps.
The sailors from both vessels will engage in friendly sports matches with officers and soldiers from Naval Region 4 and Coast Guard Region 3. They will also conduct joint maritime drills, including formation maneuvering, communication exercises, and search and rescue operations.
The Indian delegation will also visit historical and cultural sites in the province.
This visit aims to strengthen cooperation, mutual understanding, and trust between the armed forces of Vietnam and India, particularly between their navies and coast guards.
