Lawmakers on November 6 afternoon discussed the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer, highlighting the need to introduce a post-implementation review mechanism to enhance transparency and prevent abuse in technology valuation and transfer.

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee discussed a draft resolution on the implementation of the Land Law, another on special policies and mechanisms for driving breakthroughs of education development, and the draft revised Law on National Reserves, during its 51st session on November 5.
