Party General Secretary To Lam visited Yonsei University, one of the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s oldest and most prestigious institutions, and delivered a keynote speech, as part of his ongoing state visit to the Republic of Korea (RoK) on August 11 (local time).

A forum themed "Fostering ASEAN-RoK Reciprocal Exchange and its Implications for the Youth" has been held by the Vietnamese Student Association at Yonsei University and the Yonsei Indonesia Association with the support of the embassies of Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia in Seoul.
