A delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico led by Ambassador Nguyen Van Hai visited Emiliano Zapata University and the Cendi preschool education system in Monterrey city, northern Nuevo Leon state, on June 26 as part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Mexico diplomatic relations.
