VOV.VN - More than 2,000 runners, including 250 foreigners from 20 embassies, international schools and organisations, will compete in the 50th open Hanoimoi Newspaper Run for Peace, which is scheduled to start at Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi, on September 28.

More than 1,000 athletes participated in the 49th Hanoi Moi Newspaper Run for Peace on September 29 in the capital city along with 2,500 other runners who took part to support the event.

A programme entitled Vinh Quang Vietnam (Vietnam Glory) is organised to honour successful national sportsmen of 2024 and the annual Hanoimoi Newspaper's 49th Run for Peace and Olympic Run Day was launched on March 24 in Hanoi.
