Designer Tran Hung unveils 14th collection at London Fashion Week

VOV.VN - Vietnamese designer Tran Hung recently showcased his latest collection at London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 from September 18 to 22, marking the 14th time his work has been introduced at the global fashion event.

The collection, titled “Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter… and Spring 2026,” was showcased at Christ Church Spitalfields in London. Inspired by the endless cycle of life and the perpetual rotation of the four seasons, the collection also reflects the movement of the Sun and the Moon, day and night.

Featuring 44 designs—including 7 for children, 17 for women, and 20 for men—the collection took Tran Hung and his team 10 months of continuous work to complete. Key materials include Vietnamese silk, Italian-imported wool, and silk tulle, with intricate hand-embellishment techniques. The designs are adorned with 3,000 wool flowers, 400,000 Swarovski crystals, and 600,000 Miyuki glass beads from Japan.

Born in 1988 in Yen Bai province, Tran Hung gained recognition as the runner-up of Project Runway Vietnam 2015 and is now a member of the British Fashion Council, the organiser of London Fashion Week. To date, 13 of his collections have been featured on the official London Fashion Week website. His designs have also been worn by international celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Nicola Coughlan, Leigh-Anne, Heart Evangelista, Vick Hope, and AJ Odudu.

Held twice a year in June and September, London Fashion Week is one of the world’s Big Four fashion events, alongside New York, Milan, and Paris, showcasing more than 250 designers to a global audience of media and retailers.
