(VOV) - In an article recently published on Indonesia’s Jakarta Post, Vietnamese ambassador to Indonesia Nguyen Xuan Thuy has slammed a Chinese diplomat’s statement that says the Xisha (Paracel) Islands “are an inherent territory of China.”
