Hanoi to launch 80 signature tourism products on National Day celebration
VOV.VN - Hanoi’s Department of Tourism will launch 80 distinctive and attractive tourism products to serve both domestic and foreign tourists to the capital on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2) this year.

This initiative, part of Hanoi’s new tourism stimulus programme, will be organised in the downtown area and on the outskirts of Hanoi to bring many attractive experiences to tourists during their trips to the capital.
The 80 signature tourism products will be divided into key themes, including those on heritage, culture, and history tourism; ecological, resort, and nature tourism; culinary, shopping, and urban experience tourism; art, nightlife, and creative tourism; hotel services and products; transport tourism; agricultural, craft village, and new rural tourism; and regional and international connectivity tourism.
These offerings not only serve as a friendly welcome from Hanoi but also vividly demonstrate the capital’s spirit of innovation, creativity, and responsibility in building a sustainable, professional, and modern tourism industry. The selected products aim to promote Hanoi’s thousand-year cultural and historical values while enriching visitors’ unique and diverse experiences.
Throughout the 2022 - 2024 period, the number of tourists to the capital grew by over 21% per year on average. Hanoi welcomed 27.88 million visitors last year, and 15.56 million visitors in the first six months of this year, with international visitors reaching 3.66 million, up 21.8% year on year.
Hanoi now has more than 130 tourist attractions, including 54 recognised at the city level. Many sites have made an impression with new experiential products and technology applications, such as the Temple of Literature, Thong Long Imperial Citadel, Hoa Lo Prison, Ao Vua Tourist Area, and Huong Pagoda.
