State President Luong Cuong met with Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Woo Won-shik in Hanoi on November 21 afternoon within the framework of the latter’s official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man.
