VOV.VN - The organising board of the 13th National Party Congress held its final rehearsal on January 22 as part of preparations for the upcoming opening ceremony.

The diplomatic corps and representatives of international organisations in Vietnam are invited to attend the opening and closing sessions of the upcoming 13th National Party Congress, which is scheduled to take place in Hanoi from January 25 to February 2, heard a meeting on January 18.

A meeting was held in Hanoi on July 28 to discuss preparations for the second National Congress of Vietnamese Ethnic Minorities scheduled to take place later this year.
