A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s Organisation Commission held talks with their Lao counterparts in Vientiane on August 19.

The 80th anniversary of August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2) of Vietnam is not only a source of pride for the Vietnamese people, but also a moment of joy for neighbouring Laos.
