VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation are set to pay a visit to Laos and co-chair the 47th meeting of the Vietnam-Laos Inter-Governmental Committee from January 9-10, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on January 6.
