VOV.VN - The leaders of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) have sent messages of congratulation to President To Lam of Vietnam on his election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee.
