VOV.VN - Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison sent a letter extending sympathy to Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc over huge human and property losses caused by recent severe flooding in central Vietnam.

VOV.VN - The Vietnam Red Cross Society (VNRC) Central Committee stated on October 30 that it has provided an inital emergency aid package worth VND2.6 billion (US$112,000) to four flood-hit provinces of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, and Phu Yen.
