VOV.VN - The country will change from outsourcing and assembling information communications and technlogy (ICT) products and services to designing and producing "Made in Vietnam" products, according to Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Anh Tuan.

The national data portal https://data.gov.vn was launched by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) during a ceremony in Hanoi on August 31.

The Hanoi Department of Taxation has worked with software solution providers to support businesses in introducing e-invoices, towards the target that all local companies will switch to e-invoices from late September.

A new partnership was signed on July 17 between the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Vietnam and Vital Strategies as part of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Data for Health Initiative to improve Vietnam’s civil registration and vital statistics.
