Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a decision approving a plan to build police waterway ports and stations nationwide, alongside the procurement of patrol vessels for the waterway police force, with the aim of strengthening security, crime prevention, and rescue operations across Vietnam’s inland and coastal waterways.
