The 15th National Assembly continued its 10th session in Hanoi on November 13 with deliberations on two draft laws - the amended Law on Public Employees and the law on e-commerce.

Deputies discussed in groups the draft Law on Temporary Detention, Custody, and Restriction of Movement, the draft amended Law on Criminal Judgment Enforcement, and the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Judicial Records, as part of the 15th National Assembly’s ongoing 10th session.

The Government has issued Resolution No. 352/NQ-CP approving the contents of the draft Law on E-commerce.
