VOV.VN - UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay has been honoured with the "For the Cause of Vietnam’s Diplomacy" insignia, in recognmition of her significant contributions to promoting Vietnam’s cultural heritage and further strengthening the strategic partnership between the country and UNESCO.

VOV.VN - The nation attended the 215th session of the Executive Board of the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) that took place from October 5 to October 19 in Paris with the participation of 58 member countries.

Vietnam expects to get support from UNESCO when it runs for a seat in the World Heritage Committee in the 2023-2027 tenure, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son said while meeting with UNESCO Director General Audrey Azoulay in Hanoi on September 5.
