Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long and Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Ito Naoki co-chaired the 4th High-Level Meeting of the Asia Zero Emissions Community (AZEC) Initiative between Vietnam and Japan and the 2nd High-Level Meeting of the Project Acceleration Platform (PAP) in Hanoi on November 17.
