VOV.VN - Vietnam’s Dien Bien Provincial Police and Lao authorities have successfully dismantled several large cross-border drug trafficking networks, seizing nearly 2.5 tonnes of narcotics, 13 firearms, over 1,500 rounds of ammunition, and more than 10 tonnes of industrial explosives.
