VOV.VN -  Members of the 14th National Assembly Standing Committee have underlined the need to create favorable conditions for foreign trade activities, thereby helping Vietnam improve its competitiveness in international integration.

The National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC) has agreed to fully adjust and supplement regulations of the Law on Technological Transfer which came into effect in 2006.
