He said he hopes the two UK agencies will help Vietnam with training to make breakthroughs in administrative reform.

UK Ambassador to Vietnam Gareth Ward said the signing aims to boost reform and economic development in ASEAN markets and Vietnam.

He also affirmed his nation’s readiness to help Vietnam ameliorate its business climate and a number of fields, including infrastructure, smart city building, finance and health.
