Vietnam promotes MICE tourism at IMEX Frankfurt 2025
VOV.VN - Vietnamese MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism was highlighted at IMEX Frankfurt 2025 – one of the world’s premier trade shows for the travel industry, held in Germany from May 20 to 22.

Under the theme “Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City,” the city’s Department of Tourism joined hands with travel agencies such as Ben Thanh Tourist, Vietravel, Bliss Hoi An, and Trusted DMC to showcase new tourism products and services to international partners. Business-to-business (B2B) meetings between Vietnamese and German firms will also be held in Munich on May 23 as part of the programme.
Nguyen Cam Tu, Director of the HCM City Tourism Promotion Center, said the event was an opportunity to introduce the vibrancy of Ho Chi Minh City to global audiences, helping to enhance the city's image and promote Vietnam as a rising MICE destination in Asia.
IMEX Frankfurt attracts over 3,800 international buyers and 2,500 exhibitors from 150 countries each year, facilitating nearly 50,000 B2B meetings. The city’s participation in the 2025 edition marked another step in its efforts to tap into the high-value MICE tourism segment.
