Int’l Women’s Day celebration at Sheraton Saigon
The five-star hotel Sheraton Saigon has prepared numerous programs to serve diners during this month.
The Saigon Café restaurant on level 1 will host a themed night on International Women’s Day at Saigon Café Restaurant with a variety of food choices, including chilled seafood, fresh seafood, homemade sushi and sashimi, fresh oysters with salmon caviar, baked oysters Florentine, foie gras, grilled lamb chop with onion chutney salsa, oven roasted prime rib, and baby lobster cooked to order.
The action stations with mouth-watering choices of pasta cooked with different condiments or sweet crepes with choices of fresh fruit also could not be missed.
Diners should not miss a sweet corner which includes chocolate buffet with pralines and fondue, seasonal fruits, cakes and especially Teppanyaki ice cream station with favorite toppings together with free flowing house wine.

Li Bai Chinese Restaurant on level 2 offers a premium set menu with twin combination (baked oyster, crispy cheese prawn with mayonnaise salad), pumpkin soup with seafood, lobster with Asian sauce, braised abalone with oyster sauce, wok-fried broccoli and cauliflower and fried rice with “Khao Phat” style and chilled sago with mango cream and pomelo dessert.
Level 23 Signature will host an International Women’s Day celebration night with a special course menu on Wednesday, March 8, including four styles of Canadian oysters, prawn consommé and dumpling, steamed cod fish with vegetable and ginger soya sauce, baked local lobster with Asian pepper sauce and char-coal grilled veal chop.
Some sweet treats to end up the night are a sweet baked cheese cake with raspberry and chocolate ice cream.
