Festive celebrations at Sheraton Saigon
A selection of festive dining options is offered throughout the hotel’s venues on the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Saigon Café Restaurant has a wide range of seafood, Japanese specialties, Vietnamese food corner, and cook-to-order action station with seafood and fresh meat and carving station.
Christmas and New Year themed buffets will take place on December 24-25 and December 31 and January 1.
Li Bai Restaurant has an Asian-style à-la-carte menu designed by seasoned chefs for this festive season.
Level 23 Signature Restaurant prepares a six-course Christmas set menu, featuring turkey with tuna coulis, pan-fried foie gras, fried ginger, rocket French dressing; cream chestnut truffle soup with scallop; pan-fried cod on wild mushroom, caviar, teriyaki sauce; pineapple sherbet; grilled Wagyu beef tenderloin joined with baked Canadian lobster, Brussel sprout, stewed beans red wine gravy and white Christmas dessert 2016.
There is a seven-course New Year’s Eve set menu of seared parmesan crusted scallop with wakame and salmon gravadlax on dark rye bread, caviar, rocket leaves, vinaigrette dressing; saffron fish consommé, fresh seaweed, fresh Canadian oyster; roasted duck with zucchini ratatouille, fresh raspberry sauce with port; lime sherbet topped with gold leaf; grilled Wagyu striploin paired with half live Canadian lobster, white asparagus, fried bacon potato ball and a wild mushroom sauce; stilton cheese parfait with fig puree and bread and sweet treats welcome to 2017.
A Christmas party with no entrance fee will take place at Level 23 Nightspot with live DJ performances from 8:30 p.m. till late on December 24. Level 23 Nightspot will host a countdown party on December 31, featuring celebrity guest DJ Gapby from Pattaya, Thailand.
