Japanese highlights at Sheraton Saigon in February

Japanese cuisine will be the highlight of buffet nights at Saigon Café Restaurant of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers in February.

Gastronomers will experience authentic Japanese food and watch professional chefs showcasing the art of cooking Japanese specialties at the show kitchen. 

There is a wide range of fresh sushi and sashimi with tuna, salmon, and shrimp, sashimi salad with Japanese dressing, fried seafood, vegetable tempura, soba noodles with wasabi, tako Sunomono (octopus salad) and maguro nuta (tuna with nuta miso-mustard dressing).

At the live cooking station, food lovers can have shabu-shabu and suki shabu hot pot with thinly sliced beef and fish poached in hot stock a la minute, and ramen noodle soup with roast pork roll braised in miso stock.

There is a selection of Japanese sweets including oshiruko (sweet read bean soup), soya milk pudding, and mocha.
