Free nighttime access to Hue Imperial Citadel during national holidays
VOV.VN - The Hue Monuments Conservation Center will offer free nighttime entry to the Hue Imperial Citadel from April 26 to May 1 to mark the 50th anniversary of southern liberation and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
During this period, visitors can explore the Thieu Phuong Garden and Phu Noi Vu (Treasure House) inside the Imperial Citadel free of charge, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each evening.
The program offers a chance to experience the royal complex illuminated at night and appreciate the timeless beauty of its ancient architecture.
As part of the occasion, Thieu Phuong Garden will host an orchid exhibition and a showcase of traditional tea culture. Meanwhile, the Treasure House will feature displays of products from Hue’s traditional craft villages and offer visitors a taste of local cuisine.
Notably, cannon firing demonstrations will take place every Saturday evening at the Hue Flag Tower, beginning April 26.
