During their stay, Chinese tourists also visited famous attractions such as the Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area in Da Nang and Hoi An Ancient City in Quang Nam province.

The ship is set to leave Da Nang at 7 p.m. on the same day as it continues its journey and heads back to Port of Guangzhou.

In 2024 Da Nang hosted 42,500 tourists arriving on 35 international cruise ships, increasing by 2.3 times compared to the 2023 figure.

This year Tien Sa port plans to receive 76 cruise ships with estimated 70,000 arrivals, marking an annual increase of 64%.

According to Tan Van Vuong, deputy director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, travel agencies and businesses have deployed many measures to ensure that cruise passengers have wonderful and safe experiences in the city.

The administration of Da Nang hopes to welcome 4.8 million international arrivals this year, rising by 17% compared to last year.
