VOV.VN - A record 171,000 visitors flocked to the Yen Tu Monuments and Landscape Complex during the recent Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday, marking a 2.2-fold increase year on year and helping Quang Ninh province surpass the one-million-visitor mark at the start of the year.

VOV.VN - Northern Quang Ninh province will waive entrance fees at the Yen Tu relics and scenic complex for three years, from 2026 through December 31, 2028, under a resolution approved by the provincial People’s Council on February 5.

The People's Committees of the northern provinces of Quang Ninh, Hai Duong and Bac Giang have agreed to consult leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about adding Bach Dang pile yard to the scientific dossier on the Complex of Yen Tu Monuments and Landscapes to seek UNESCO's recognition as world culture heritage.
