VOV.VN - The Military High Command in the central province of Quang Tri has safely handled a bomb cellar discovered with intact detonators in a residential house in Dong Ha city.

The Mines Advisory Group (MAG) on March 8 said its team in the central province of Quang Binh has deactivated a nearly-230-kg wartime bomb found right next to the Dong Hoi city market which houses hundreds of small businesses and sees thousands of people passing by every day.

Ensuring the rights of people with disabilities, particularly victims of wartime bombs and chemical toxics, is among top priorities of Vietnam, stated Deputy Minister of Labours, Invalids, and Social Affairs Nguyen Ba Hoan.

VOV.VN - Local authorities of Vinh Phuc province, close to Hanoi capital, have developed a plan to evacuate approximately 1,700 people of a residential area after an unexploded wartime bomb was found.
