VOV.VN - A national conference was held in Hanoi on December 25 commemorating 65 years of connecting overseas Vietnamese with the homeland and 20 years of implementing the Politburo Resolution 36 on the work concerning overseas Vietnamese.

VOV.VN - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on August 22 praised Vietnamese expatriates for their wholehearted support and assistance to the fatherland over the years and said the Party and State stay ready to address their concerns.
