The Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Centre will organise a Mid-Autumn Festival from September 17 to October 4 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel.

A photo exhibition was opened at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in Hanoi on August 31, offering visitors an insight into Vietnam’s path to independence throughout history.

The contest has received 337 submissions from nearly 100 authors from Hanoi and across the country.

Hanoi authorities are planning various activities to celebrate the 1010th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi (1010-2010), focusing on educating the youth on the tradition of national construction and defence and honouring the historical and revolution values
