VOV.VN - The 15th plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee, which opened in Hanoi on January 16, will continue to finalise personnel plan relating to the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, in addition to key leading positions in the 13th tenure.

The organising sub-committee of the 13th National Party Congress convened its sixth meeting in Hanoi on January 6 under the chair of Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong.

Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong has urged Hanoi to make greater efforts in Party building, personnel development and rule building, in order to deserve its position as the national centre of politics and culture.
