Representing more than 6.5 million overseas Vietnamese (OV) worldwide returning home to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, many overseas delegates expressed their joy and pride in being part of the national unity bloc, along with a strong aspiration to join hands in building a prosperous country.
Overseas Vietnamese (OV) are not only an inseparable part of the nation but also a vital bridge in Vietnam’s international integration and development, said Nguyen Hong Son, President of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in Japan (UVAJ) and a delegate to the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
