The 13th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee opened in Hanoi on July 11 morning.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) of China Wang Chen held online talks on June 29.

The 15th NA adopted a Resolution on the Law and Ordinance Building Programme in 2023 and the amendments to the Law and Ordinance Building Programme in 2022 with 92.77% votes in favour during its ongoing third sitting in Hanoi on June 13.

NA deputies highlighted the need to clearly define the scale and tasks as well as create a legal foundation to ensure the efficiency of the operation during the discussion of the draft amended Law on Medical Examination and Treatment on June 13.
