Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had bilateral meetings with leaders of countries and international organisations in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, on December 1 on the occasion of his attendance at the 28th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28).

A consultation workshop was held in Hanoi on October 27 to finalise a draft resource mobilisation plan to implement the Political Declaration on establishing the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP).
