The Ministry of National Defence on August 24 presented a 3D holographic-display system introducing the life and career of late General Vo Nguyen Giap to the central province of Quang Binh - the General’s birthplace, on the occasion of his 110th birth anniversary (August 25).

VOV.VN - An exhibition showcasing the revolutionary life of the late General Vo Nguyen Giap opened on August 20 in Hanoi to mark the 110th anniversary of his birth (August 25, 1911), featuring over 200 documents and photos on his life and career.

A virtual exhibition featuring General Vo Nguyen Giap and ATK Thai Nguyen opened in the northern province of Thai Nguyen on August 19, connecting with its nine localities, museums of Yen Bai, Lang Son, Son La, Bac Giang and Dien Bien provinces and the late general’s family.

A virtual exhibition on the late General Vo Nguyen Giap will open on August 22 on the occasion of his 110th birth anniversary (August 25) to honour the legendary general’s great contributions to the national liberation cause.

A contest on the life and career of General Vo Nguyen Giap will be organised from July 30 to August 25 for Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad on the occasion of the late General’s 110th birthday (August 25, 1911-2021).

Russian scholars have congratulated Vietnam on its historic victory in the Dien Bien Phu campaign on the occasion of its 67th anniversary on May 7, saying it was the most important battle in the first Indochina War.
