The overseas Vietnamese (OV) communities in Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines are playing a growing bridging role in fostering friendship and cooperation between their host countries and the homeland, said Chairman of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Nguyen Trung Kien.
