Ethiopian Airlines has officially launched its Addis Ababa–Hanoi service, creating the first direct air link between Vietnam and Africa.

Ethiopian Airlines, the national flag carrier of Ethiopia, will launch its first direct flight from Addis Ababa to Hanoi on July 10, following approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
