The Esports Championships Asia 2025 (ECA 2025) will be held in Can Tho City on November 19-22, marking a historic milestone in the nation’s efforts to establish its presence on the global esports map.

VOV.VN - At the recent Asian Esports Forum in Thailand, the Vietnam Recreational and Electronic Sports Association (VIRESA) and the Asian Esports Federation (AESF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) confirming Vietnam as host of the 2nd Asian Esports Games (AEG) in 2026.

The Southeast Asian Esports Federation (SEAEF) was officially established on October 8, bringing together 11 member countries from across the region, according to the Vietnam Recreational and Electronic Sports Association (VIRESA).

The 2025 League of Legends Championship Pacific (LCP 2025) Finals Weekend will take place on September 20–21 at the Tien Son Sports Arena in the central coastal city of Da Nang, following the event's official launch on September 19.
