To further boost trade and investment and deepen comprehensive cooperation across multiple areas, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang proposed that Vietnam and Argentina strengthen dialogue and information exchange, increase delegation exchanges at all levels, step up scientific, technical cooperation.
