The official visit to the UK from October 28-30 by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, his spouse, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will lift comprehensive cooperation between the two countries to new heights, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to the UK Do Minh Hung.
