VOV.VN - Party General Secretary To Lam visited the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery in northern border Ha Giang province on February 5 to solemnly offer flowers and incense to the fallen heroes who bravely sacrificed their lives for national independence and freedom.

A ceremony was held at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery in the northernmost province of Ha Giang on April 17 to pay tribute to and re-bury remains of nine soldiers who fell down in the battles defending the northern border.

A delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh offered flowers and incense in tribute to fallen soldiers at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery in the northern province of Ha Giang on the occasion of the 75th War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27.
